Orders are shipped by Canada Post or DHL : Expedited Parcel unless otherwise instructed. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. The tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. All orders are insured against damage or loss. Orders are shipped from our distribution center in Sherbrooke, Quebec and their treatment is performed every day. The time for delivery is 2 to 10 working days.


Depending on the shipping address provided, orders will be shipped via Canada Post or DHL. 


Orders will enter into processing on the next business day after they are placed. They will be shipped in 1-2 business days from ARGON18APPAREL.COM  location. ARGON18APPAREL.COM  does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. In certain cases, your order may require additional processing time due to order size, availability of product, to inventory status, or the volume of orders we are processing. In these situations, we will notify you of any delays via email. For related reasons, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days to process. We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely fashion. Your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or other such events out of our control. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.



Federal and provincial taxes will applied to any order shipped on the Canada territory. If an order is made via Paypal checkout and the misinformation is set, ARGON18APPAREL.COM will contact the customer in order to correct the applied taxes.


No taxes will be applied to the order shipped outside Canada. However any custom duties or specifics taxes required by the customer's country remains his/her responsibility.



We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried on for fit). They also have to be in their original condition (new and never used) with the original tags attached, along with a copy of the invoice and the return/exchange form. For hygiene reasons, underwear can not be returned. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid on the item. If you have a product that you wish to return that does not meet one or more of these criteria, do not send it back to us. Please call and discuss your needs with a customer service representative.


For any return, the sending is payed by the Customer. After your return arrives at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed promptly.  

Need to return your item? No problem. 

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure full credit. Visit our 30 day Return Policy.
  2. Affix the sufficient postage to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Record your tracking number for future reference.
  3. Send your package via Postal services by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point. Track return shipments while they're en route to your warehouse.
  4. REFUND : No need to worry, once you have sent your package to us, an account representative will ensure that the rest of the steps are completed correctly. After we receive your return, we will promptly credit your account for the full purchase price of the product(s). Sorry, but outbound shipping charges are not refundable. The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the original purchase. We will email you a receipt confirming the credit! The treatment time of a return parcel can take 3 weeks. Over this time, contact our customer’s service.
  5. EXCHANGE : same procedure to returm the item. You,ll just have to notify us via email or or your invoice instruction for the exchange. We will ship the product in a 7 days period free shipping.

ARGON18APPAREL.COM products are tested under extreme conditions and put to the test. Therefore, all ARGON18APPAREL.COM products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a one-year period from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing or materials defects, we will replace or repair without charge, at our discretion.

This warranty does not include product failures from accidents, misuse, improper care or normal wear. ARGON18APPAREL.COM detains the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances.

ARGON18APPAREL.COM will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress, or where there is evidence of inadequate care or treatment.
